A: Because everything is custom-made on-demand, your order goes through a production phase before it ships:

- Apparel & Merchandise: 2 to 4 business days to produce.
- Books & Printed Media: 3 to 5 business days to produce.
Once produced, domestic shipping takes an additional 2–5 business days. You can expect your apparel in 4–9 business days total and your books in 5–10 business days total.
Q: Why did I only receive part of my order?
A: Because apparel and books are made at different specialized facilities, they ship separately. You will receive a unique tracking number for each package so you can follow them right to your door!
